Special Event Support
ITS supports a multitude of special events, both large and small. The large-scale events we support include, but are not limited to, graduations, orientations, visitations, and special guest speakers such as Rosa Parks' attorney for Black History Month. We also support student-led or hosted events. Specifically, we provide equipment and supply training to students to support their activities such as Student Activities Council (SAC) events, International Education and Festivities, and Caribbean Night or Asian Night, just to name a few. Depending on the type of event and the amount of people expected to attend, we will provide the most effective equipment and train students, faculty, or staff on how to use and setup the equipment.
