Technical Support
ITS provides various types of technical support, ranging from the design and development of multimedia classrooms and dedicated distance learning facilities, to providing on-call support to instructors during classroom equipment malfunctions. Specializing in audio, video, broadband cable, and satellite technologies, Chuck Smith oversees the equipment and layout of all multimedia designs as well as the repair and reconditioning of the equipment and various systems.
We also offer other technical support in the form of providing mobile presentation units (computer, projector, DVD, etc.) to rooms not otherwise equipped. In addition, our department will provide instructors with pre-class equipment training and in-class equipment troubleshooting and/or repair support.
